The team delivers a wide range of digital output including websites, online tools and Flash apps and manages hosting (via a hosting partner) and domains for many of its clients.<br /> <br /> You will have the following technical skills<br /> <br /> A high level of understanding an experience of Server Side technologies including:<br /> <br /> CFML (Adobe ColdFusion 8+/Railo 3) or the desire and ability to learn quickly<br /> <br /> MySQL<br /> <br /> A high level of understanding an experience of Front End technologies including:<br /> <br /> XHTML/HTML5, Javascript, AJAX and Javascript frameworks (jQuery, Scriptaculous/Prototype.js)<br /> <br /> CSS 1/2/3<br /> <br /> Server administration skills;<br /> <br /> Windows 2003Server<br /> <br /> IIS6<br /> <br /> Adobe ColdFusion server<br /> <br /> Railo/Tomcat<br /> <br /> FTP server<br /> <br /> SMTP<br /> <br /> DESIRABLE SKILLS<br /> <br /> Adobe AIR/Flash<br /> <br /> ASP Classic/PHP/MSSQL<br /> <br /> SSL/DNS knowledge<br /> <br /> SEO (on-site)<br /> <br /> ROLE:<br /> <br /> Senior website developer for front and Back End reporting to the Head of Digital<br /> <br /> Taking responsibility for all our clients sites and their updating and maintenance requirements across a range of bespoke and CMS built platforms<br /> <br /> Creating new websites using a mix of methods including CMS, frameworks and fully bespoke<br /> <br /> Collaborate with all stakeholders, recommend improvements and maintain high standards<br /> <br /> Responsible for the research and prototyping of new technologies and strategies for incorporation into our standard offerings<br /> <br /> Attend meetings with clients and prospective clients from time to time.<br /> <br /> EXPERIENCE<br /> <br /> You will be a team player with at least 5 years of experience in building creative and complex websites and will be able to work well under pressure and to established timescales.<br /> <br /> If this role is of interest to you and you have the necessary skills and experience then please submit your CV via this advert and we will be in contact shortly.<br /> <br /> Employment Type: Permanent<br /> <br /> Pay: 34,000 to 37,500 GBP (British Pound)<br /> Pay Period: Annual<br /> <br /> Note: Applicants must be eligible to work in the specified location.
