You will be joining a small but highly-motivated team where you will be able to show creativity and be responsible from design stage all the way through to deployment. <br />\n<br />\nYou will work within an open development environment with the opportunity to advance your skills in LAMP. <br />\n<br />\nQualifications: <br />\n<br />\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a23-5 years experience programming in object-oriented PHP. Preferably experience with PHP 5.3 features (Name Spaces etc) <br />\n<br />\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2Familiarity with Object-Oriented design patterns and how they are used in software design. <br />\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent experience. <br />\n<br />\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2A strong understanding of XHTML, CSS, XML and JavaScript. <br />\n<br />\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2Experience in MySQL or any relational database is a must. <br />\n<br />\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2Experience with AJAX and other Web 2.0 technologies, Ideally jQuery or similar. <br />\n<br />\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2Strong documentation and communication skills. <br />\n<br />\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2Experience with the use of source code control systems (subversion, cvs, etc). <br />\n<br />\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2Must document code faithfully <br />\n<br />\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2Good understanding of server management and coding practices. <br />\n<br />\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2Strong Linux Administration ability for tools such as LDAP, Apache, Subversion, PHP, Mysql <br />\n<br />\nCandidates must have current work authorization in the UK.
