This person will be the go-to resource for all information technology in the organization, as well as the primary liaison between  management and technology implementation specialists.<br />\n<br />\n<br />\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to<br />\n<br />\nWeb site maintenance for existing customer-facing sites<br />\nProvide resource assistance (application programming as needed), project management expertise, and guidance to 3rd party application developers in support of emerging on-line initiatives<br />\nFirst line of support for office technical infrastructure including Apple laptops, desktops, file servers, email, data back-up and recovery, application servers and offsite hosting facing<br />\nIT support for CRM applications (report writing, custom configuration, data extracts and imports)<br />\nExcellent communication skills<br />\n <br />\n<br />\nKey Requirements<br />\n<br />\n3-5 years experience in application programming using PHP (Experience with PHP MVC Framework; Kohana preferred)<br />\n1-3 years experience supporting office infrastructure based on Apple technology<br />\nDemonstrated SQL and/or MySQL database proficiency<br />\nExperience with LAMP server support<br />\nFamiliarity with Git version control<br />\nFamiliarity with Adobe CS4<br />\nHTML proficiency<br />\nDemonstrated expertise in the use of common content management systems<br />\nAbility to explain technical concepts and use of technology to a business-oriented constituency<br />\nSelf-motivated<br />\nAbility to multi-task<br />\nDetail-oriented<br />\nAbility to work independently and as a team player<br />\nEmbraces entrepreneurial culture<br />\nPersonable, professional and passionate<br />\n <br />\n<br /><br /><a href=\"http://www.phpjobs.com/job/php-web-developer-chicago-il-2d8d2ca6dd/?d=1&amp;source=rss_page\">Apply To Job</a>","company_id":null,"admin2":"Cook","published_at":"2010-07-27T23:08:44-07:00","link":"http://www.phpjobs.com/job/php-web-developer-chicago-il-2d8d2ca6dd/?d=1&source=rss_page","admin3":null,"location_name":"Chicago","geom":"#<GeoRuby::SimpleFeatures::Point:0x98f5f30>","feed_url_id":21,"active":true}}
