You get joy out of creating elegant solutions to problems with seemingly impossible constraints and goals.<br />\n<br />\nREQUIREMENTS:<br />\n<br />\n+ Relevant time and experience (>4 years) as a web developer with excellent references <br />\n+ Expert-level, object oriented PHP v5 programmer <br />\n+ Highly proficient cross-browser JavaScript programmer with effective debugging skills <br />\n+ Ability to code flawless HTML and CSS in your sleep <br />\n+ Ability to develop intuitive and reliable management and dashboard / reporting interfaces <br />\n+ Highly proficient in deploying on top of LAMP<br />\n<br />\nEXTRA CREDIT:<br />\n<br />\n+ Significant experience with Java, C#, Python or Ruby. Are you a proficient object oriented programmer? <br />\n+ Experience working with E-Commerce websites. Do you understand our customers? <br />\n+ Experience with Zend Framework <br />\n+ Experience developing search engines or applying collaborative filtering, neural networks or clustering algorithms. <br />\n+ Experience working with large amounts of data using Hadoop or other highly scalable techniques / technologies. <br />\n+ Advanced MySQL DBA skills \u00e2\u20ac\u201c performance optimization, replication, archiving, etc. <br />\n+ Have worked at a startup company. <br />\n+ You've been an entrepreneur \u00e2\u20ac\u201c successful or otherwise <br />\n+ Active in the community \u00e2\u20ac\u201c real life, open source, tech meetups, etc.<br />\n<br />\nWHAT WE OFFER:<br />\n<br />\n+ A real opportunity to make a difference.
