\nWe are seeking an Engineering Manager- International that will manage the development, creation, and modification of computer applications software or specialized utility programs as required. The Engineering Manager- International will oversee the developers' software design and implementation for client with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. This position will work with international clients and needs to understand the complexity of working across various cultures and time zones.

\nDuties and Responsibilities:
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2\tManage the development of customer oriented web applications
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2\tLead and develop teams
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2\tTranslate business requirements into technical requirements and plans for implementation
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2\tTrack team milestones and report project status to the professional services, product management and engineering teams
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2\tMentor and problem-solve coding decisions with Lead Developers
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2\tFacilitate communications with professional service staff, product management and clients to ensure that projects are properly specified before work begins
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2\tAssign bugs fixes and projects to appropriate development resource
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2\tAid and facilitate design and architectural decisions
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2\tEffectively interact with clients and coworkers based in different locations and time zones
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2\tFlexibility to occasionally shift schedule to work with European time zones
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2\tOffer coding support and urgent bug analysis as required
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2\tAnalyze and design databases within an application area
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2\tPerform other duties as assigned
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2\tPeriodic travel may be required
\n
\nWhat you'll need to bring to the table:
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2\tBachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2\tA minimum of five years professional experience managing developers in a LAMP environment (the ideal candidate will have managed a team of at least 5 Developers)
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2\tStrong knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2\tSystems Analysis/Software Architectural skills
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2\tStrong written and verbal communication skills
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2\tAbility to track large projects, or a large number of small tasks
\n\u00e2\u20ac\u00a2\tMultilingual is a plus
\n
