\nWHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
\nYou will be literally one of the first team members, making a significant impact on product & technology direction of the company. You'll have a flexible work schedule and the tools required to do your work well. You'll be building a web and voice application from architecture to launch; creating slick AJAX interfaces to present complex information and controls; fixing post-launch disasters, scaling up, introducing new features, and generally hacking your way to a better product. Expect to follow agile development principles and lean startup methodology.
